I've got a couple.  My dad tells about back in the 50's, they wired a car
so that when you hit the brake pedal, the horn honked, fun for the newlyweds. 
That would be hard to do today.

I remember when my son got married, his cousins stuffed the grill with weiners, now
that looked nice..........
