You guys have super cheap power in Quebec.This district was in NY state.It would be even higher cost in Maine as we pay the most for electricity,closing on on 50 cents KW with all the extra charges our extremely liberal governor has allowed .I will try and get you the figures.The district director of transit said the diesel was contracted ahead so a bit cheaper than most years .
