Pittsburg, Kansas | Aren't dogs carnivore?
Years ago a local vet I knew said he could not feed cheap grain based dog food in his kennel. If he did they would be spending all their time cleaning pens from all the runny crap.
I'm not a dog guy so don't know. But my friend is and he feeds his dogs mostly chicken with a little beef or dried chicken feet for a treat. His are medium big dogs, inside and outside.
