Management has decided we should make maple syrup a part of our operation. We have a couple maples in the yard. I told her it was “too late” and “too warm”. But she found some taps anyway, and now I’m needing to know, since we’re gonna get a freeze/thaw thing going the next couple days, will the sap be running again?
