First time out with my daughter and her first gun. Ruger 10/22 shooting at a little steel spinning target. She had safety glasses on, I didn't. Caught a bullet fragment in my eyebrow. I calmly said, "Oooops, dad's gonna go get some safety glasses." Woulda really sucked to get hit a half inch lower.
