NEMO
If you are worried about how long it takes to being a trusted brand or cattleman then I'm afraid you may have your priorities messed up and may never become one.

The good cattleman focus on the cattle and the rest will follow.

I know an outfit in Kansas that has a pretty high bar set. Their culls are better than most people's top end. They treat people right and stand behind the cattle. They don't chase any show ring fad. Just good functional cattle. Where they are at didn't happen overnight, but they are the same today as when I first met them 20 years ago.

If you sell bulls that last 4, 5 or 7 years, the buyer comes back and says you know what, that was the best bull I ever had and they buy another bull, that's when you know you are going in the right direction!
