I'm going to disagree our track machine is way better on snow, ice probably not so much. But it has a zig zag style track. I don't know if I call 10-12mph keeping up with a tractor but that is a matter of opinion.
The book for our wheeled two speed bobcat claims 18. Never cared to try it at full tilt.
