Did you google any of the details on the license?
Name/address/license #, etc?

Or just google "who lives at xxxxx".

Again, as I have said many times, no transaction, or any need to continue, without personal positive phone discussion. Unless seller is under the age of 10, they should be able to decide whether the potential buyer is a scam or not. If person on the other end says they are buying it for a customer of theirs and they really don't know what a JD 7000 planter is......then hang up. Doing that will save you a lot of sleepless nights.

One more thing....I've never really heard farmers or ag dealers talk about "shipping agents". Another good cue to hit that red END button on your phone.
