 Central Nebraska | About a month ago I documented how I was starting a journey that started with a question to ChatGPT about creating a diet plan for me that would help me loose 10 pound of fat but not loose muscle mass. I've been pretty good about hitting my macro targets over that time and also done well lifting weights 4 times/week for about 35-50 minutes/day. I haven't been on the scale many times but I know for certain I am getting stronger and I think I look a little leaner, especially up top.....FWIW, I'm about 6'2" and 180-183 lbs so I don't really need to or have a desire to loose weight.
My diet has consisted of a lot of chicken, cottage cheese and yogurt and I noticed tonight as I was eating a Ratio Protein yogurt how sweet it was. I've been avoiding sugary foods and cookies/cakes (to the point I watched a bunch of nieces and nephews eat ice cream cake last weekend and didn't miss it) and it appears my sensitivity to sweet foods is changing. I like yogurt but this stuff tastes like candy! |
