I've been known to run disposable blue shop towels through the wash and hang them up on the clothesline and I've refilled a leaking brake system on a beater pickup with used brake fluid siphoned out of a better pickup and even I think spending $ on a replacement would be a good investment.

With the weight and value of the lifted product and risk of damage if the fork failed id definitely be looking for a fork or two.

You are cheaper than me, and I am cheap :)

Radiator get you home?
