| Becker-Underwood at Ames has what you want. I don't know about pricing. I see it on the shelf at the local Theisen's (farm) store. I"ve considered using it, but haven't. Stutsman's (www.stutsman.com) 2008 printed catalog shows red dye, $30.25 a pint. Oops, that's the foam dye that didn't work for you.
You might consider increasing your water rate, like go to 15 gallons per acre, then look for the glistening water drops on the grass.
