Here is the calculation you want

GPM (per nozzle or orifice)= (GPAxMPHxW)/5940

GPA= gallons per acre
MPH= speed in MPH
W= width (in inches)

So if we plug in your numbers
GPM=(20x5x24)/5940
GPM=(2400)/5940
GPM=0.4
This is for water if you were applying 28% you would multiply the 0.4 by 1.13 or 1.2 if using 10-34-0. But most manufactures will give you the rate in GPM of the nozzle or orifice at certain psi. Otherwise like other people say just get the app and it will do all of the calculations for you.
