Are you a one man operator or have help? For me I want a overhead door so that I can get out and unhook chains when loading stuff by myself. Can't do that with a swing out door. Also if you are going to run a brush cutter a high flow will be better. As far as tracks if you get mud in them they will need cleaned daily in winter. Chain tracks over tires won't freeze as easily.
