The rust by the open holes above the hitch mounts makes it look like the hitch frame was changed.
The track wear makes it look like it's been around a couple years...
Betting it had a scraper hitch, and they bought the cheapest ag drawbar setup they could to replace it. If I had the serial number, I could see if it was ordered like that or not.
Or, it had a wide swing drawbar, and whatever they traded for did not, so they swapped them...
