As others have said, lots of variables. Flat ground or hills? Heavy or light soils? How deep do you want to go, that is, what diameter blades? How fast do you want to pull it? Do you want to be able to shift up and throttle down or run wot all the time? In northeast Mississippi soils a slightly tuned 4630 pulled a 20’ IH 475 in 5th gear very easily. I would speculate that a 4840 could handle almost anything up to 25’.
