No. Way too many assumptions there to be an accurate assessment.
First of all, by having bins you have something that a neighbor without bins doesn't have, and that is options.
I can forward sell just like they can only thing is I collect the carry and basis.
Secondly, most do not forward sell enough to make a difference.
I could go on and on but why?
