If they can use "spreadsheets" and run scenarios of what's possible then they can make decisions on their future. My suggestion is pick up a copy of FINPACK from the univ of MN and start populating with "what if" scenarios. If I would have listened to many folks on NAT 35 years ago I would be working for some entity in a dead end career.
