So have you been asked for advice? or are you the one working the 60 hour weeks with your wife? If said party enjoys helping parents that is fine, if doing it for a promise of someday then there needs to be disscusion and something written down, esp. if there are siblings. It always amazes me how many farmers advise kids not to do what they are doing even though they did/are doing well and like the life they built for themselves.
