Lady slipper pry bar. My stand uses a bottle jack to fine tune the height. Only time I’ve fought those pins is when the height isn’t set right.
Also only use a rubber or brass mallet to gently pound the pins in. Regular hammer will close the slot up where the rotary pot fits.
