I have a piece of equipment I purchased in Wisconsin that I need to go pickup. My truck is county plated commercial, as I haul for hire in the state but I never leave the State of NE. Do I need to pull fuel and trip permits for NE, IA, and WI to be legal even if it is my equipment and not hauling for hire?
