NWC Ohio | When you install, I install so the elbow is barely off the bottom of tank. Depending on how fast you fill, it may push it up slightly. Then I let them go. Sometimes they seem to work their way up off the bottom, when that happens Ijust use a stick or something and push them back down without going inside the tank. Usually this only happens on the tank that I move on and off the flatbed. Im guessing the flexing of the tank gets to it sometimes.
No way would I cut it Straight and point straight down. Way to much restriction for suction and filling. | |
