Price at Harvest, I received roughly $10

Contracted beans a few days ago for $12.02

Let's just call it an even $2.

I think your 2% shrink is too high. I always figure it as -.10

I have only held the beans for roughly 4 months, before they were contracted. I don't know on what basis you're figuring your interest expense, but using your method it would be .225. 

I'll give you the cost of trucking at .15

I think your bin cost is too high. I figure .10 

So the deductions I figure are -.57.5

So net of $11.42. 

So, my $10,000 bu last fall, $100,000.

My $10,000 bu right now, $114,200. 

Now, I haven't sold it all at $12, so that's speculative. Might be more, might be less, I suppose. 

But I'm ok with it. 

And I got beans harvested when the lines at the elevator were 3 hours long and closed all weekend. 

Scenario 4 is completely speculative and only works in hindsight. No thanks.
