Depends on what value of stuff you are insuring . 300,000 dollars worth or 3, million ? What comfort level you can sleep at night. Neighbors had a machine shed burn with several million loss. He is insured. Without insurance it would take a long time to recover from that. I don't like the premiums they charging. I can't afford big losses.
