| The big operations I have some sympathy for. I think marketing would not be easy in their situation, and the numbers get really big really quick and leaving a quick half mil on the table at a time wouldn't be for the faint of heart. For the small timers, selling at once at a price that pays the bills and gives you some walking around money looks like enough of a win for me that I normally don't lose too much sleep.
