Edit to add
If you put grain in the bin and the market goes lower you don't have to write a check for a margin call. After about the 3rd check you give up and sell out only to have the market turn and move higher. BTDT more than once. Now I have bins. For me the two top ROI are grain drying/ storage and Tile I install....Dennis
