the average guy can’t go buy a lamb steak just to try. So who would buy 50 pounds of something they’ve never tried before on a whim!?
Give some away to possible buyers. I do this all the time with beef and I'm pretty sure everybody has had beef. But if I'm selling you a 1/4, 1/2, or whole i want you to know exactly what you'll be getting. I don't think I've ever gave away a sampler package and they didn't buy at least a 1/4. Be confident in your product! |
