Have a family who bought 200 acres south of me. The fencing, trees planted, the buildings, the equipment bought to plant food plots… not to mention the dozen brand new vehicles that show up on weekends. It’s there money and that land backs up to some county land so high probability of some good bucks… some of the deer stands run a few thousand a piece.
