It should be worth what beef is a pound. It’s a smaller animal and I think the consumer would go nuts if they knew about it. I’m a beef guy through and through… but those lamb chops sure give a good steak a run for there money.
One thing I’ve never understood is why people lose their mind over deer and elk.. sure it’s fine but it just can’t compete. Rather go to the freezer then the stand | |
