Looks like you’d need more than $4 for hanging weight. 900 lb carcass 3600$. Sold 900& steers last week for 3200. Put 500 lbs on them for 400&? Even if cost of gain is dirt cheap that leaves no margin and if your only feeding a few head, isn’t your time and overhead worth something?
