Mazon, IL | I created an account with ID.me and received the confirmation email that the account was created. When I attempt to login I get past the point where I enter the 6 digit security code sent to me and it says redirecting to IRS.gov and the screen immediately comes back with the connection was lost. The lost connection isn’t on my end as I have no problems getting into other sites not using ID.me. Could it be a setting on my IPhone8 or some other problem?
