Is the value of the depend on $4.50 corn? Or is the value based on putting out manure on $4000 home grown feeder calves? Or $2000/acre/year solar farm? Or $ 6 digit / acre data center?
30 years ago it only had value for corn, which was $1.80 ' $2.50 and you could grow 180 bpa. And run the cows on it which sure helped.
