Fruita CO | Check your brake valve. If the rubber boots are cracked, water can get down into the plungers & seize them up, & the brake won't release. Also check the pedals, once in a while they will seize on the shaft, although most of them are too loose to do that any more...won't hurt to jack up the wheel & check the bearing, even if that's not why it's locking up, you don't want to run it loose for too long...
