| I prefer buying used from owner. I get to meet them, often at their home, see the garage, other vehicles. Tells you a lot. I get info from people. They soon admit real reason they are selling. Most people mess up lies.
Friend of my wife bought a Volvo with car repair insurance. I looked it over. “Worthless”. She had issue month later. They refused to pay Á cent. I got on phone of course guy knew contract. *what I had found that disallowed almost everything, anything*. So I got her money back. *except iirc $200*
