 Northeast Tennessee | I think land is a good asset to invest in, however not many young farmer's starting out today can swing a note on a couple hundred acres, plus equipment, plus other inputs. I also haven't seen many young people starting out in life investing heavy in gold either. If you are already at a point in life of having cash and assets, investing in land isn't so hard, what's hard is pulling yourself up by your bootstraps to get to that point in today's farming world. | |
