Appears to be 10K axles, and if allowed a generous 10% tongue weight, that is 22K. Could possibly be semi lowboy axle with higher rating, but then need air brakesEven if only water, looking at about 30K. Add the weight of the trailer, totes, pumps, hoses, going to be way over.
Locally there overloads are drawing attention. Same with loaded grain carts on roads.
