Here it has been 3000% in 50 years.
But no way will I say it will be another 3000% in 50 more years.
All this talk about "cash flow". There certainly was a time when land cash flowed and paid for itself.
But those days are gone and never coming back.
The guys paying big bucks:
Have some cash down
Have other land paid for to help out
Have rented land to help out.
Its not that hard to understand I don't think.
