| We have a new to us 1770 that went through the John Deere precision upgrade that makes it an exact emerge high speed. It currently does not have no till coulters or row cleans. We believe that if we put a good row cleaner on it we can skip the no till coulter. Question is we are looking a yetter row cleaners and precision. Precision cleaners are very pricey. The yetter cleaners we are looking at are the adjust and assist styles. I think the adjust are the ones with the air cylinder. How does everyone like that style. We plant over terraces so will need to float also. The assist I believe are the ones with air bags and fancier. I know the fancier ones and precision are good just looking for a good row cleaner with out breaking the bank and has in cab adjustment. We are in all soil types and no till and conventional till. Let me your thoughts and preferences on row cleaners thanks. | |
