Canola. With current prices it's the most profitable crop we grow. And we have too much moisture typically this time of year, we have to pump it off. A dry summer can definitely take the top end off yield tho! Harvest is in August so there's plenty of time for problems. This wheat will probably get so big it'll be totally flat come harvest.
