I’m usually low 30s gross weight with my 1 ton dually and triple axle stock trailer. It’s a load for the pickup and stopping power is marginal at best. Gets the same mpg as a semi.
If you’re running weekly I would get at least a single axle tractor if not the whole pot depending on ease of loading/unloading.
