I've tried Osprey and it worked well for ryegrass and cheatgrass. It won't touch cereal rye though. Pretty sure you can mix it with Harmony extra. Given your location if weather permits I would be spraying asap if you want to control the ryegrass once it gets to a certain size it's very difficult to control
