All their relative components have FCC IDs, so how are they not FCC compliant? You're welcome to show the rules that state that's not allowed though, but it was good enough for the FAA. I went to the FCC database, if you look up GTEEX or Revolution, they don't hold any of their own FCC approvals, they use the ID from Huida Technologies (aka Vector) as of current. I know you guys are working on your own stuff, but that's still in the future. But if that's wrong, please share the current FCC filings for the i19 and R3X/R40 series and I'll retract what I said.

Also Ceres is shipping ~32gal tanks until the increased payload is approved as far as I am aware, which is approved under the c31.
