I would guess it's likely in the low $20+ range/100wt? but hint at it being closer to 30.
2007 it was around $12, yes costs have risen a lot since then, but I'm sure their automation and overall use of the carcass has increased dramatically. It pays to keep that info hidden, as it's easier to sing the blues when they need to. Wages paid out in the plants over that time is likely 30-35% higher
