chortitz, manitoba		garlic. Eat clove or two, once or twice a day. I cant eat raw, cut up a clove, put in glass of water and drink down.

At night, Ill cut up 5 or 6 cloves, put on plate, on nightstand beside bed. Breatje in as you sleep. Will clean your sinuses out by morning.
