3-10 CEC and 35" of rainfall you can throw a lot of stuff that works out west away.
Technically speaking lot of the soil is medium textured at about 8 CEC. Our heaviest soils would be light soils farther south. Everything moves but phos here lol plenty of fields over 50 ppm from cattle.
