| Squarespace is good for domains and pretty user friendly for building sites too. That's my vote
Depending on what you're looking for in your site, like ecommerce or something, Shopify is really popular and specialized for stores. I think Wix is also a pretty big name too. Wordspace sites are more hands on, but cheaper and more flexible.
There's also a new trend in "vibecoding" platforms like Base44 or Floot that lets you talk to an AI and just describe what you want and it does all the coding and building for you. Those are subscription based and give you a limited number of chats per month, but you can export the code and do whatever you want with it after it's done. Kinda shocked what all it can do and how quickly it can do it. I've been messing around with a site on Floot and it's shockingly good. | |
