currently fert cost with wheat at $5.76 it only takes 15 bu an acre to pay for fert let alone the balance of 45 bu wheat to cover all the other cost. so plant wheat and go broke. if we could grow a damn thing else besides wheat we would but living in hell hole usa are choices are limited.
