West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12		There is 305,000 barrels of 10% Trump tariffed (or is it 15%) Canadian sand crude flowing through my backyard everyday.

ETA...The USA had waay more than enough Canadian sand crude pipeline import capacity to exceed domestic demand plus a pile of export capacity without the Keystone reroute.
