| Yeah, i've argued with them for years about the quality of connection and they kept saying it's not possible with fiber, it's your wifi, too many devices, etc. I've sent them video's but it didn't matter
Didn't want to push it too hard because i've been streaming lot's of IPTV and didn't want a spotlight. Finally two years ago they looked on their end and said they could see my end was down, I was upset because I didn't know they could tell from their end. They came out and realized I was telling the truth when I said I wasn't using WiFi, I was hardwired so no excuse for router etc. Couldn't figure it out so good riddance.
Rural fiber is still very expensive and there's only one option out here. Starlink just works and does so amazingly. | |
