Well what do I know? Just a strong guy who's had tennis elbow and solved it and gone on to carry much heavier weights than most people ever will in their lives.
If you'd prefer not to take my advise you can prob find someone to complain about the pain to instead. But I think OP asked the question because they were looking for a useful answer.
