Holly Hill, SC | Tech manual should be in today. I was wrong about the problem being every gear. No feathering of the clutch happens in gears 5, 7, 9, 11 and reverse 2. It is probably one of the 9 solenoids on the back of the transmission. There are 5 horizontal enabke valve RE177539 and 4 clutch control valves RE177538. I have unplugged one at a time the 5 horizontal solenoids to see which one was common to gears 5, 7, 9, 11, and R2. Not one of these valves eliminates this specific gear problem. I am waiting on my tech manual to help decipher the lower vertical valves.
I did test the potentiometer at the clutch pedal. 5 volts on two wires, 2 good grounds, and one signal wires reads .5 to 2 volts and the other reads 1.5 to 4 volts. This was good.
I always update my posts for a solution. Sometimes it takes a few weeks. Thanks
